About

The Story
Hello! My name's Leo.
I began my career in marketing and communications, progressing to lead a team within a City of London consultancy. I later founded an online publishing platform focused on family life, childhood and emotional wellbeing, which grew into one of East London’s best-known family resources. These earlier roles developed my ability to understand complex issues, communicate with clarity and create resources that genuinely support people.
Wanting to move beyond information and support deeper individual change, I trained as a therapeutic practitioner and, from 2019, built an international practice working with clients across the UK, Europe and North America.
Many were high-achieving professionals who appeared highly capable and successful professionally while privately navigating difficult relationship dynamics.
That contrast became central to my work. Professional success does not protect us from confusion, emotional exhaustion, unhealthy relationship dynamics or losing confidence in our own judgement.
Overtime, I recognised that helping clients process trauma and reduce its impact was essential, but that for people facing relationship breakdown, separation or divorce, it was often only part of what they needed.
They also needed practical support: to understand the various routes and process ahead, assess their options, prepare for important conversations and professional meetings, communicate more effectively and turn insight into clear, purposeful action.
That led me to specialise in relationship, separation and divorce coaching.
Today, I bring together strategic communication, therapeutic and trauma-informed experience, and practical specialist coaching to help clients understand what is happening, regain clarity and self-trust, and move forward with greater confidence and agency.
