Format

Session format.

A session lasts between 1h and 1h30 mins. This is because I never "kick" anyone out on the hour if they are in the middle of resolving a trauma. Results and quality are always my priority.

You can choose whether you prefer to have your session in English or in French as I speak both.

Sessions take place via video meeting, in a comfortable space of your choice and convenience.

For optimum results, we focus on one issue at a time. My clients generally find that after 10 sessions they have made significant progress on the treated issue, or that it is fully resolved and has no impact on them any longer. Of course, everyone works differently and in their own time, and in some cases, depending on the severity of a trauma and its ramifications, a longer time might be necessary.

Before we begin.

FREE 20 mins INTRODUCTION CONSULTATION

Before our first consultation starts, we will have a conversation where we will discuss the issue(s) you would like to address. It doesn't matter if they are specific or generic; it's my job to guide the conversation so that together, we can clearly identify and define what we will be focusing on.

At this stage you will be able to decide whether choosing to work with me is the right course of action for you.

During a session.

A session is highly interactive: together, you and I open the door of your subconscious and you can expect a "tennis match" between me and you (or your subconscious rather), where I throw the ball, and it throws it back at me with plenty of answers. This is where you might get surprised and enlightened, as you witness what your subconscious is telling us.

A big trauma is always difficult for people to visit. We will first neutralise the emotional intensity it holds on you, so that you feel perfectly safe and in control prior to bringing resolution to it. (If a trauma is too strong for you to be able to speak about it, rest assured that we can successfully remove its emotional intensity without you talking about what happened).

This then allows us to effectively and successfully access and shift the negative beliefs the experience had downloaded into your subconscious, turning the event into a supportive and empowering platform for you.

After a session.

It is common to experience one of the following after a session:

Feeling of a weight being lifted.

Feeling lighter. The treated issue doesn't affect you any longer, and in the first few days following a session you might feel a little empty. This is good because this means the negative issue has left and your mind is readjusting to living without it.  Clients also report feeling calm, peace, comfort, or confidence instead of fear, anxiety etc...

Feel-good tired.

During a session, we "poke" at negative emotions until they are gone. Releasing something negative you were holding on to for so long also means your body lets go of tension. This might be tiring and some clients have reported experiencing a sense of positive, "feel-good" tiredness after a session.

Emotional detachment toward treated issue.

The treated issue doesn't affect you the way it used to, because it is losing its power over you and doesn't trigger you. This is a positive shift.

This feeling may be surprising at first because this is a new circumstance in your life and it may take a few days for you to adjust with a new way of being. Emotional weight is fading away.

Sense of freedom, confidence and empowerment.

Good things starting to happen in life!

Observing change.

Change may not be immediately as obvious as a big and loud firework display in your life (but it can be). However, you might notice you are no longer triggered by what used to drag you down, that you behave differently in certain situations.

You might hear your close and trusted ones note a positive change in your behaviour. Sometimes change is smooth and light and one may not have enough perspective on themselves to notice it at first.

Over time however, as you achieve more clarity, you will be able to note and appreciate the better version of yourself.
